You can determine how many words there are in a particular Project and how much the translation will cost based on a selected cost model.
A scoping configuration is a collection of ranges that describe the quality of a match. You can add, modify or delete scoping configurations in
. You also can define the default scoping configuration on this page.
- To specify a scoping configuration as default
- The default scoping configuration is a scoping configuration designated for use when no scoping configuration is explicitly specified for an operation. WorldServer requires that a default configuration exists; you can specify which scoping configuration is the default. Choose the name of the configuration from the
Select Default Scoping Configuration drop-down list. Once selected as the default, you cannot delete a scoping configuration. You can, however, edit the configuration.
Note: If you change which scoping configuration is designated as the default configuration, you must do so carefully. Changing the scoping configuration may render the scoping information for active projects unusable. Changing a scoping configuration will impact many areas of WorldServer, such as ad hoc scoping, cost models, and so on.
