Each project has a task list, which displays the tasks in the project. To view the task list, click the project name link. From the
View menu, you can choose to view:
- all tasks
- all tasks claimed by you
- all tasks assigned to you
- all active tasks (all except hidden and deleted tasks)
- all tasks in the project
- completed tasks
- canceled tasks
- all tasks with changed assets
- active tasks with changed assets
- tasks on human steps
- tasks on automatic steps
- tasks on error steps
- tasks on cancel steps
- tasks on parallel review steps
- tasks on sub-workflow steps
You can further narrow the display by workflow phase and task step:
- Phase View allows you to narrow the task list to only those tasks on a particular workflow phase. (Workflow steps can be grouped into phases, to make them more easily tracked.)
- Step View allows you to narrow the task list to only those tasks on the selected step. For example, you can (if there are tasks on it) select the Translate step and the Task List will include only tasks on the Translate step.”
Note: The Phase View and Step View lists appear when you have a set of tasks in which some tasks are on different steps or phases from others.
To complete an asset translation, a quote, or a term validation task, select the task and click
Edit. After you finish translating or reviewing the asset, or editing the quote or term, click
Complete to move the task to the next workflow step.
Note: Certain controls like
Update and
Import/Export, do not display for quote-based or term-based projects.
