The Browser Workbench has a mode to display segment comments and the most recent history entry in-line with a segment. This mode is controlled by a checkbox called Show Segment Details in the Browser Workbench toolbar.
When this mode is active, segments display additional details including
the comment and most recent history entry:

The previous history entry can display highlighted differences between
current and the previous versions. To show the differences, click
on the “Last version” label:

This mode can be used in conjunction with the segment filter. For example, you can select the Rejected segments filter and see all rejected segments with their comments in one view.
