Notification Content Component

Management > Administration > Customization > Notification Content

The Notification Content component allows you to modify notification messages. During various WorldServer workflow related events, email notifications are generated, provided the email server has been configured. WorldServer generates messages with a default structure, and with limited content. This component allows for the messages generated to be customized for each of the various workflow related events.

To add a notification content component

From Management > Administration > Customization, choose Notification Content from the Custom component type drop-down menu.
Click Add.
WorldServer displays the Add Custom Notification Content Component dialog box.
Click Browse. Use the Choose file dialog box to navigate your local directory structure and select the ZIP file containing the notification services.
Click Open.
The Choose file dialog box closes and the selected files is listed in the Add Custom Notification Content Component dialog box.
Click OK.
WorldServer returns to the Customization page.

Notification messages can be customized for the following task oriented events:

Issue Assigned
Task Assigned
Task Due
Task Overdue
Task Restart
Task Still Running
Current Task Step Due
Current Task Step Overdue
