You can automate much of the quote-approval process with a workflow. The following sample workflow uses automatic and manual steps that set the quote status automatically and sequence the quote through the approval process.
Note: This workflow type is
Quote Based, which you can specify as a property when creating or saving the workflow.

Note: You cannot edit or delete the
Client Account Manager and
Submitter roles. WorldServer regards the Client Manager as the
Client Account Manager and the quote requester as the
Submitter in the workflow. Workflow steps assigned to the Client Manager and quote requester roles are resolved dynamically for the Client associated with the project.
