If you work in a regulated industry and you purchased a license for this feature, you can send a bundle of documents for review to an external regulator, using a method agreed upon in advance (for example, by e-mail or by placing the bundle on an FTP site).
A bundle is a zipped file that contains a specific collection of documents needed by the regulator. You can then import back into WorldServer the reviewed file in a .ZIP archive or the .DOCX itself updated with edits, tracked changes, reviewed statuses and comments from the bundle.
- Supported File Types
- You can only create bundles from projects that contain at least one .DOCX file. You cannot create bundles from other file types in WorldServer.
Note: You can only export Regulator Bundles for projects that use File System AIS mounts. Also, you can only export bundles which are in the
Review stage.
Note: Only .DOCX files segmented with the Microsoft Word 2007-2013 File Type can be exported in a Regulator Bundle review package. This feature does not support Microsoft Word 2003 (or earlier) files, even if created with the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack installed. Reviewers have to use Microsoft Word 2007 or higher.
