When creating a regulator review bundle, for each .DOCX asset the following documents are created and then added to the bundle.

| Bilingual Review Document | FileName_taskID.review.docx | This contains both the source and target segments with tracked changes and comments.
Note: For files that are merged in WorldServer, only one bilingual review document is created with the name of the merged file.

| Target Document with Changes | FileName_taskID.target.docx | A translated version of the document containing tracked changes and comments that were in the target segments. The regulator can make corrections to this document which can then be imported back. |
| Final Document Changes Accepted | FileName_taskID.final.docx | A translated version of the document that has all tracked changes accepted and contains comments from the target segments. |
Only .DOCX files segmented with the Microsoft Word 2007-2013 File Type can be exported in a Regulator Bundle review package. This feature does not support Microsoft Word 2003 (or earlier) files, even if created with the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack installed. Reviewers have to use Microsoft Word 2007 or higher.
