In the Browser Workbench each segment has a status indicator attached to it, as follows:

Reviewed | The segment has been reviewed and approved. |
|
Pending Review | The segment has been translated and is pending review. |
|
Rejected | The segment has been reviewed and rejected by a reviewer. |
|
No Status | The segment has no status. |
This status is also attached to the segment entry in the translation memory. Segment status is used to indicate whether translation work needs to be done on a segment. If the segment status is Reviewed, no work needs to be done. If the segment has no status, or the status is Rejected or Pending Review, it needs attention.
