Checking out assets

With a version control connector mounted and configured, you can check out assets from the WorldServer Explorer. In addition to comments supplied by the user, WorldServer automatically inserts system comments with each checkout for user tracking purposes.

1. In the WorldServer Explorer, select the asset or assets to check out.
2. Choose Versioning > Check Out.
3. Optionally, add comments.
4. Click OK.
