Though TransPort is run as a separate interface from WorldServer, its permissions are set in WorldServer.
All TransPort users should have these permissions. You can also create a Client Manager User Type especially for Client Managers so they can log into TransPort. For example, open a Project Manager User Type and enable all the TransPort permissions along with the project manager permissions. Rename and save.
