The WorldServer Explorer allows you to manipulate and work with assets and folders outside of projecs and workflows. Typically, however, translating and reviewing are done as tasks in a workflow. Therefore, the User Types for Translator and Reviewer do not have the Explorer permission enabled by default.

"Add to Project" option | With this permission—intended primarily for project managers—you can add new tasks to existing projects with the same target locale. If there is an update to a file that is already in a translation project, you can add the updated file to the existing project. If the translator begins to work on the outdated task, a warning appears saying that the source asset has been updated. The translator can delete the outdated task, and instead work on the new task.
