The Project Asset Selector custom component allows a customer to create their own change detection rules to make sure assets have been changed and need to be considered for project creation. For example, file system assets normally are considered changed if their last modified timestamp changed. Customers can implement smart schemes if timestamps change regularly during their workflow but content often stays the same.
