Editing assets in an external editor

WorldServer allows you to work with well-known document editors, while keeping the content itself fully integrated with the WorldServer translation management process. As a part of workflows and projects, or separately, you can choose assets managed by WorldServer, then launch the asset in an external application for editing.

1. Click the Explorer tab to go to the WorldServer Explorer.
2. Navigate to a folder that contains the content you want.
3. Select the asset, for example, Styles.docx.
4. Click Edit > In External Editor or right-click and choose In External Editor.
