Adding new files

You can always add new files to your quote using a simple procedure.

1. Verify that the Expand zipped files option is selected if you want to expand a zipped file.
2. Select a file location from:
   • Your computer
   • A WorldServer location
   Tip: You can only select one file location at a time.
3. Select one of the following options for locating the documents you want to include in the quote or project:
   • From my computer. Click Browse to add files from your computer.
   • From WorldServer. Click to add files from a WorldServer location.
4. Select a file to upload.
5. Click add another to add more files and repeat steps 3 and 4.
   The system stores the files in a temporary location.
6. When finished, click Copy Files Now to copy the files to a project or quote folder on the system.
   Note: When adding files to an existing quote or project, be sure to click OK in the dialog box.

   The uploaded files display on the right side of the panel. The system shows the relative path and filename for expanded files that had a directory structure in the zipped file.
