Human Workflow Steps

A human step requires a manual action by a WorldServer user or workflow role, such as a translation or a review.
Property Basic or Advanced Type Description
Action Basic Drop-down list The type of human action to be performed in the step, either Adapt, Align, Edit, Error, Review, Test, or Translate.
Instructions Basic Text box Specific instructions for the workflow step. Depending on the Action chosen, WorldServer places default text here. This text can be altered as appropriate.
Assignee(s) Basic Check boxes Roles and users to be assigned to the step. Multiple roles and multiple users can be assigned to the step.
Expected Duration Basic Field and options Specify the number of hours or days the step is expected to take.
Locking Options Advanced Drop-down list Specify whether the step uses no locking, static locking or dynamic locking.
