Changing a task assignee

You can change a task assignee at the point of project creation.

  1. In the project creation dialog box, after specifying the workflow to use for the project, you can change the users assigned to the various steps within the chosen workflow. Choose More Options > Change Assignees. The Change Assignees dialog box appears.
  2. Choose the workflow step from the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose the user or users to whom you want to assign the step. Only users of the project locale and workgroup are available for selection.
  4. Click OK.
