Unlocking folders or assets

Locked folders or assets must be unlocked by the same user who locked them (or by the administrator) before other users can perform changes to them. Assets are automatically unlocked when assets or tasks are imported.

1. In WorldServer Explorer, select the folders or assets to unlock.
2. Click Asset > Unlock.
3. Click OK to confirm.
4. To see the effect in the Explorer, right-click the folder and click Refresh.
