Searching AIS Properties

Management > Asset Interface System > AIS Property Search

When you have custom AIS Properties defined (in Management > Administration > Customization), you can search for assets that have the specified value for the selected property.

For example, if you have an AIS property department (text type) defined in Customization, and there are assets that have this department property with a value of Marketing, you can search for all assets within a particular AIS path that have the value Marketing in the AIS property department.

  1. From Management > Asset Interface System > AIS Property Search, select the property name from the Property Name drop-down menu.
  2. In the Search For field, specify the property value to find.
  3. In the Look In field, specify the AIS path in which to look (for example, /AIS/English/Books).
  4. Click Search.
