Clicking OK in the Clear Segment Cache pop-up resets all segmented assets for all locales for the selected AIS assets. The operation is recursive: if a folder is selected, all assets under this folder are reset. This ability is useful when the segmented cache is stale, but the asset cannot be easily touched.
