AIS Masks

Management > Asset Interface System > AIS Masks

Asset Interface System (AIS) Masks allow you to control what a user sees while working in WorldServer. An AIS Mask is a named collection of specific WorldServer objects that an administrator associates with an AIS mount or folder. When users access and process assets in that folder (or its sub-folders), WorldServer displays only the object instances that are defined in the associated AIS Mask. However, if no objects are selected in a mask, it is equivalent to not having a mask at all.
Note: Masks for AIS properties apply only to custom properties. They have no effect on core (default) properties.

You can add, modify, view, or delete AIS masks.
