Views help you focus on a subset of all the filter engine jobs in the system.

| Active jobs | Information on current activity in the filter engines. |
| Completed and canceled jobs | Information on other activity in the filter engines. |
| Filter | An extracted subset of information, sorted either by the Job ID or Status category. |
Configurable e-mail notifications will let you know if a particular job is taking longer than it should. By default notifications are sent out if the filter engine takes longer than 30 minutes after starting the job. Administrators can adjust this and other fts_proxy_filter settings in the general.properties file.
