Workflow columns

Workflow columns display source assets and the target locales for those assets in a grid format. These columns allow you to specify any special workflows you want to apply to a specific locale. For example, for German, you may want to have all translations reviewed twice, but for all other languages, one review is enough. You can create a special workflow for German and specify it here, applying it to the target locale of the source asset.

1. To display target Locales, on the Management > Business Rule Linkage > Default Workflow Table page, click each of the target locales for which to display workflow information and then click Update Columns.
   WorldServer updates the page to display the specified target locales in individual columns.
2. To change which target locales are displayed, uncheck or check the desired target Locales and then click Update Columns.
