The task view for any project includes icons in the
Status column to indicate the progress of the particular task.

Status icons are advisory only and meant to be used by individual users as notations for project progress. They are not definitive markers of progress. Changing the task status has no effect on the task itself. For example, changing the task status to
Completed does not complete the task. It is simply an indication to you that you are ready to complete it. The task status changes to
In Progress automatically when you save changes in the WorldServer translation workbenches. Also, the task status changes to
Exported when you export a task, and
Imported when you import a task.

Note: You cannot manually change a task status to
		Exported or
		Imported.

	 The
		Asset changed and
Pending update statuses show that an asset has changed after the asset was segmented and that this new version of the asset is scheduled to be merged into an updated task.

|

				| Icon | Label | Description |
				| | Start | The task is available to be started by the person to whom the task is assigned. |
				| | Revisit | The task needs to be reviewed in some way for further action. It is neither in progress, not completed. |
				| | In Progress | The task is in progress. |
				| | Completed | The task has been completed. |
				| | Imported | The task has been imported, and is waiting for a status update. |
				| | Exported | The task, and files associated with it, have been exported for action. |
				| | Asset changed | The source asset changed after segmentation. |
				| | Pending update | The source asset changed after segmentation, and a user clicked
Update. The task is now in the
Pending update state, and will typically be canceled and restarted as soon as the current workflow step completes, or on completion of the next executed workflow step that allows tasks to be restarted at that point in the workflow. | |
