Using an existing filter

  1. On the Tools > Translation Memories > Translation Memory: <TM> or Tools > Term Databases > Term Database: <TD> page, with the Search or Search and Replace tab selected, click the Advanced link.
  2. In the filter selector that appears, select a filter from the drop-down menu.
  3. If you want to change the filter rules, specify the new filter rules as appropriate.

  4. To save the filter for future use, click the Save icon to launch the Attribute Filter Editor, where you can save the filter, give it a description, and, if you choose, make it Public.
  5. Click the Search button () to search the selected translation memory or terminology database using the selected filter, or Export Entries in the Export TMX Entries from TM Database <TM> dialog to export the translation memory or terminology database using the selected filter.
