All document properties: Extracts all the document properties from the Summary and Custom tabs and makes them available for translation.
Summary: Extracts only the document properties from the Summary tab and makes them available for translation.
Custom: Extracts only the document properties from the Custom tab and makes them available for translation.
Treat special characters as inline placeholder tags
Examples of special characters are non-breaking space, tab, and discretionary hyphen. You can treat these characters as text or as tags. If you select this check box, they are put into inline tags. Em dashes and en dashes are always treated as text.
Skip character spacing and kerning
Include advanced font formatting such as character spacing and kerning or skip it.
Tip: Advanced formatting is usually removed because you probably will need to reapply advanced formatting after translation, so including such formatting merely increases the number of tags displayed during translation.
Extract optional hyphens
The placement of discretionary hyphens depends on the structure and pronunciation of the words in the source language, so you should usually choose to remove rather than extract them.

Font mapping page

Font mapping
Use the Font mapping settings to specify the fonts that WorldServer uses in the target document to replace the fonts used in the source document.

For example, if the target language is Chinese (Taiwan), you might want to specify that the PMingLiu font is used for all text in the target document, regardless of the fonts used in the source document. If so, map all source language fonts to PMingLiu for Chinese (Taiwan).

By default, most target languages in this dialog box have only one font and for each language all source fonts are mapped to one font.

Note: The mapping is done when the target document is created (when the document is saved as target), so you may not see the mapping in the editor.
