Adding a terminology database group

  1. Navigate to Management > Linguistic Tool Setup > TD Groups Setup.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Specify a name and description for the terminology database group.
  4. Specify which terminology database should be updated when a new translation is saved in the Update TD drop-down menu.
  5. In the Lookup TDs section, specify which terminology databases should be searched when a file that specifies this terminology database group is parsed, or when a terminology database lookup is performed. You can also adjust the priority in which the terminology databases are searched.
    Note: Typical group configurations include the update TD as the primary lookup TD.
  6. Click Save.
